How To Overcome Procrastination



 Everyone wants to achieve their goals and be successful, but one major thing that would greatly hinder your success in life is something called procrastination. Here are some keys to overcome procrastination.

1. Change your thinking: 

If you change your thinking, you change your life. Many people don't get things done because they think of themselves as someone who doesn't get something done. They have a personal, ingrained thought pattern that tells them they can't be a prouctive person or what they wants to do is too difficult to get done at this time, and so on. You must learn to say to yourself, "Do it now" over and over again. This is one of the ways to change your thinking. Also, learn to think of yourself as an organized and effective person. Your belief about yourself will always show up in your actions.

 2. Do the toughest task first: 

You can't manage time, but you can manage your life. Time management is all about choosing the sequence of events in your life, and the things you do first. Choosing to do the toughest task first increases your productivity by up to 5 0%. Brian Tracy purported this idea in his book, "Eat That Frog." Eating the largest frog first meant doing the toughest task first. If the consequence of not doing something is huge, then, you must do it first. All task don't derive the same value or dividend. You must know your most important tasks so you give them the required attention.

3. Ways to ManageYour Time: 

1. )Take time each morning to review your major goals.

2. )Write out what you can do today that can help you get closer to your goals.

3.) Set priorities on the list so you don't miss or skip the most important task. Finally, remembere this: If you do the right things the right way, you'll get whatever result you desire.
