Read plenty of books. Reading books make you more eloquent and a better communicator.
Watch how famous celebrities talk in front of the camera. I don't say to copy their style. But learn to emulate their method of delivery. See their body language and get positive vibes from them.
Read books written by Dale Carnegie and Swami Vivekananda. They were eloquent speakers at their time. You will get lot of inspiration by reading their books.
Watch TED talks on YouTube. By watching TED talks, you will get lot of ideas regarding communication. Read the book ‘Talk like TED’ written by Carmine Gallo. You will get 9 public speaking secrets followed by TED talks community. After reading this book, you will definitely get lot of constructive ideas to become a proficient communicator.
Last thing which I want to suggest is that talk as much as you can with other people. Don't worry if you make mistakes while communicating. Your goal is to become fluent with speaking. The more you speak, the more confidence you will gain while communicating.
