Try to eliminate stuff out of your diet.
Pimples are nothing but a representation of your stomach acids and blood quality. PH Level plays an important role in the production of sebum and pimples. You can get external treatment from a dermatologist but the best and sustainable way is getting an internal treatment.
The most efficient mode of internal treatment is eliminating certain food off your diet 1 by 1 and analyse what differences (positive and negative) you see.
Start 7 days without Carbohydrates then measure/inspect the difference (Milk, Sugar included)
Drink alkaline water every morning and before bed for 3 days then measure/inspect the difference.
Cut all kinds of oils for 3 days then measure/inspect the difference.
I had huge pimple and acne problem as well as eczema on the forehead and chin — it came out that I had inflammatory gut and my body lacked probiotics to absorb certain simple carbs.
I took Isotroin 20 and applied various Gels seeing no result. Isotroin dried my whole body shredding off the sebum but that also dried my lips. I drank Chlorophyll on an empty stomach for 10 days and saw little difference but my stools were Green!!
Following a ketogenic diet for 21 days cleansed me off completely. Also, exercise (esp. sprinting) helped to balance my PH Levels a lot.
