Incessant ASUU strike is a criterion that has made Nigeria Universities ranking sink globally. Between 1999-2007 of OBASANJO & ATIKU's 8yrs as President and Vice-president, Nigeria Universities were shut for a cumulative FOUR YEARS & SIX MONTHS.
